This includes Your selection to any questions asked within the App as well as Your completion of modules, dismissal of modules, and any other actions taken in the App which affect flow of content provided to the Your account. We may use this information in a non-identifiable aggregate data set in order to perform aggregate analysis for use in research projects.
- We may ask you your age in order to determine your eligibility to use the app as well as what content to provide within the App. We may use this information in a non-identifiable aggregate data set in order to perform aggregate analysis for use in research projects.
- We may also ask you your name, your gender and your education level in order to customize the resources and content you are given within the App. We may use some of this information in a non-identifiable aggregate data set in order to perform aggregate analysis for use in research projects.
- We may monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve users’ experience with the App.
- We may request feedback about your use of the App on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
- We may respond to product and customer service requests.

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations or our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, and regulation.

Use in Research
Any data collected and stored within the App may be used in a non-identifiable aggregate data set in order to perform aggregate analysis for use in research projects.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. Any use of the App by persons under the age of 13 is prohibited. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and our mobile application include a Do-Not- Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing the implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and statement that you reside in California. We will make sure that the data is not publicly displayed on the App, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
